Carrie was wonderful . She listened to my explanation of what had already been tried at other garages so they wouldn’t duplicate those charges. She chose my loaner car which was a brand new CRV and no it didn’t give me new car fever! I got my car back just in time for an out of town trip. My husband got to do the driving and he was really impressed with the improvement. I feel like my car got a new life and look forward to many more years behind the wheel of my Little Pearl.

If you need honest service, go straight to Keri and Mike at Shottenkirk Rome. Other repair centers quoted me absurd prices for a valve cover gasket and tube seal replacement on my Honda Pilot. Being on a tight budget, l rely heavily on my vehicle every single day to make a living, and I usually have to handle repairs myself. Keri worked with me and delivered top-tier service at a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. My service representative has been consistent in providing my car’s mileage standards and I feel confident everything was done well when I drive away.
